Come join the fun and learn many healthy dietary tips and cooking techniques that will inspire you to widen your menu options at home. Enjoy gourmet food that is easy to make, delicious and purifying to the body!  We know that laughter and good food are the best medicine and Mary and Liliana aim to provide both! No one ever leaves hungry as we enjoy every dish that is prepared in front of us while meeting new friends.

Healthy Menu Includes: Asian Wild Mushroom and Ginger Soup,  Brown Rice Risotto with Butternut Squash & Almonds, French Rattatouille a la Tomate, Nicoise Salad with Morrocan Chicken,  Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic & Butter
