At the Pure Life Studio, we teach many tools and tips that can be incorporated into your daily ritual that will help you stay focused on making positive choices while revitalizing the body & mind with nurturing foods and thoughts. Successful detoxing depends for the most part on what you eat and drink, but it can be complemented by body therapies and/or whole food supplementation to speed up the elimination of toxins. One should also incorporate stress management and relaxation techniques to reduce the stress hormone cortisol which produces free radicals, depletes the body of nutrients, contributes to belly fat and wreaks havoc on digestion. Our Approach is holistic as we listen to you and guide you on a healthier path for a happier and more energetic lifestyle. Principles used in our coaching are to first understand where the client’s needs are and to help them establish their personal goals and level of commitment to move forward in a positive direction towards a healthier lifestyle. This can be established on many practical levels such as how to get more nutrition into the diet through the use of spices, herbs, and healthy cooking as well as how to get a lot of nutrition in smoothies. It can include teaching skills such as stocking a healthier pantry, reading labels at the grocery store and switching products used in the home, in the kitchen and on the body towards healthier options. The personal attention of one-on-one coaching will guide you to a healthier and happier future as you start to feel more energetic, less stressed and are experiencing better sleep through getting the body in better balance.
